We first dipped our feet in the icy hot world of Machine Learning in early 2020.
We worked with a client Roivant Sciences at the time and they had a pretty high talent bar.
Made me question how I could find someone who was this skilled in all of New York.
Months of scrolling, calling, emailing.. led to finding a candidate who had an outstanding track record (NeurIPS) winner and much more.
Today the candidate went on to co-found a Series B Ai start-up In NYC. Killing it and growing more everyday
Me personally..nothing as impressive as that.
Stuck to the basics. ML, Software Engineering, Product, Ops, anything within tech that required a specific skillset
Expanded into SF, Seattle markets.
And now we work with over 35 clients between Seed - Series E to help add rockstars.
